Preparation and Luminescence Properties of PVDF/ZnS:Mn Flexible Thin-Film Sensors

Flexible luminescent thin-film sensors have attracted widespread attention for their potential applications in biomedical detection, structural health and smart wear. In this work, PVDF/ZnS:Mn flexible were fabricated using electro-assisted 3D-printing techniques. The interaction influence of PVDF thin film ZnS:Mn studied. mechanism through which the matrix particles affects luminescence sensor investigated. results demonstrate that films can promote formation β-phase films. mechano-luminesce spectra composite is consistent with photoluminescence spectra, both exhibit yellow light a wavelength 580 nm. Mn entering ZnS lattice increases number effective centres. Because double piezoelectric field, when content 4 at.% contain 3 wt.% particles, excellent mechano-luminescence performance.
